Calling TI:ME at Montecillo a “shopping center” doesn’t adequately explain what it is all about. It’s more of a community space, propelled by local entrepreneurs interested in changing the El Paso landscape of living, dining, drinking and retail under the central themes of artistry, creativity and innovation.

TI:ME at Montecillo is both an energizing indoor hangout and refreshing outdoor oasis introducing a new culinary and cultural hub for the urban neighborhood of Montecillo and the greater El Paso community.
The buildings utilize a mix of new and reused woods, metals and concrete to make up the industrially inspired material palette. Reclaimed materials like weathered railroad ties, salvaged brick and steel screens bring added richness and character to the new buildings. Narrow paths and intimate alleys encourage moments of discovery along the retail promenade and a central plaza with a dynamic water feature and central fireplace activates the heart of the project.
