Since necessity is the mother of all invention, we decided to expand the site and introduce a new concept to the mix. We designed a building that would cater more to the professional and personal service needs of the community. A building filled with boutique spas, yoga studios, and cowork spaces. A place that people could get a little reprieve from the busy day to day, and get some much needed downtime.
